Eunice Yong is a Malaysia based ThetaHealing® practitioner. She started her ThetaHealing® journey after being introduced by her sister, Eugenia Yong in 2018. Thetahealing has helped her through the darkest time of her life. She now appreciates her life and happiness more than ever and has decided to be an active ThetaHealing practitioner. She hopes to help people who are struggling and to use what she has learnt from Thetahealing to empower people to create their own life.

So I’ve been hearing all about the cleansing ritual and energy talk from Eunice for quite some time. She is very willing to impart her knowledge about the ritual and the belief system she has adopted but of course it is also from my own curiosity that has encouraged her to share more with me.
Personally I’m a Christian but I don’t restrict myself to discover and learn more about things that I have yet to discover. Her sharing really intrigued me and one day I felt an urge to change for the better and I thought it’s not something physical but rather spiritually. Eunice came into my mind as I’m curious as well about how her cleansing ritual actually feels and I tell myself there’s no harm in trying. It’s not like I’m converted into some other religions by just going through a therapy session with her. Long story short, I managed to book her in for a session.
We have been friends and colleagues for more than 5 years now. Despite our relationship, she maintains good professionalism throughout the whole process. During the session there are personal or rather sensitive things about yourself to be revealed in order for a fruitful exchange between yourself and her. For her to understand your issue better and finding the right cause of it. She is never judgmental or belittle me on any occasions. She maintains a calm composure and tries her best to find the root cause that is supposed to cleanse some of your beliefs that you wish to be addressed. One of my biggest issue is procrastination. During the session we focused on that and I am quite amazed that one simple word such as procrastination can lead to so many possible scenarios. From all these scenarios, Eunice managed to dig through and get to the ‘root’ belief. Well, during the cleansing I don’t really feel anything overwhelming except for a little light-headedness which I am not sure if it’s just me or my body reacting to the cleansing.
Fast forward today, I did feel a positive change in myself. I tend to find motivation easier to complete tasks in hand and managed to stop myself from procrastinating more than I used to be. Overall, Eunice is very pleasant, soft spoken and structured.

After attending a session of thetahealing, I found out that the reason I was having headache for years was because i always push myself to work to exceed limit, therefore not giving myself a good rest. For example, I always work from 7am until 7pm without taking enough rest although I feel tired and dizzy. I also discovered that the main reason for why I made it a habit to push myself past my limit. It was because I have a belief system that I need to work hard in order to get recognition in my achievements and acknowledgment from others.
During the thetahealing session, I was impressed by how the thetahealing help me discovered the root of my headache problems. It helped me reflect deeply and throughly about the reason, the events, the surroundings and factors that might trigger my headache. My mind was in quiet and calm state and it really helped me focus on understanding myself. After I had discovered my main source of headache and the belief system which triggered the headaches, I was really glad that thetahealing helped me reevaluate my belief system. After I changed my believe system, I find out that I wont feel guilty anymore to take a rest although My work is not done for the day. After I put more importance in having good rests, I’m having less headache now.
